Style Inspiration: Dita Von Teese

A beautiful black dress {modest might
I add!}
Bonjour ladies! :) Today I have a special treat for you.... I have decided to do an extended series on style paragons, so that all of you can choose your favorite! I am really excited to start this series. =) However, before I start, I need to make a statement: I do NOT endorse all of the people I choose as style examples, and I do NOT endorse all of their clothing, and I do NOT endorse all of their actions or professions. Please keep that in mind as I choose models of gorgeous style. :)
Today's example will be.... Dita Von Teese! As I said above, I do NOT  endorse this woman, at all. (Emphasis on NOT) She is probably going to be the person I least admire in conduct and morals this series, and I would never post her unless she had truly stunning style. I hope I have made that clear! Enjoy! :D
What a beautiful flower! And
the dress is cute too. {I hate those
shoes though :P }
Another pretty black dress :)
(excuse the neckline, please!)
What a sweet polka-dot-y dress!
This is the classiest way to wear an animal
print dress, that I've seen.... :)
She has lovely style, but the
make-up is over the top. :P
I want this dress!!!!! Badly.
What a cute coat. Oh, and sunglasses
are a girl's best friend, not diamonds!
I admit it. I want this dress more than
any other dress in the world. *Sigh*
Maybe... someday?
For all you ladies in business, she has
some lovely suit ideas! :)
*Gasp* gorgeous, but please excuse the bodice....
she really should have sleeves or something :)
How cute!!!!
This is so fifties!
I want that middle suit! Badly..... :) Notice, she always defines
her waist somehow. Pay attention to that if you are an hourglass!
What a cute coat! :) Is there ever a photo
of her without red lipstick?
I love this dress.... Add sleeves or
something and.... viola!
The bottom part of this dress looks plain
crazy, but the bodice is to die for! :)
This dress... I think I am drooling! {Again
about the bodice thing :/ }

What a cute, cute dress! (What is up with
that hat?)
Gorgeous. :)
I adore the gathered fabric at the hip!
Again about the bodice...
We must all learn from her
gorgeous posture. :)

Aw! What a cute flower-ish thing. :)
*Sigh*
What do you ladies think? :) Has she soared to the top of your style list? For me personally, I really enjoy her style, and she probably would score on the top 7, at the moment. That is all subject to change, however! :)
God bless!

I love her style so much, but I could never achieve it myself because I like to be comfy. Maybe for special occasions. I think bodices are great and can be modest too. Don't think a tiny strap is going to make a difference to the modestly of a bodice, depends how you wear it.

I completely agree with you... Her style is gorgeous for formal occasions, but for everyday, it is a bit unachievable! ;) And about the straps, that is really true, it just depends on the dress and how you wear it. =)

There is nothing wrong with cleavage, nudity, or sexuality (or sex for that matter)... After all God created sex, our human naked bodies, and so on. Dita is a lovely shinning example of how to be a respectable, stylish, sexy woman with class. I hate how "christian women" judge other women and girls on their bodily assets and dress. I have natural 36 DD boobs and have a very hard time hiding them in what is considered normal appropriate clothing by everyday people, because my cleavage is extreme and all you "christian women" do is hate, spread gossip, and turn your noses up at me because you're all sexually repressed, embarrassed with the woman human body, and probably jealous to a degree. It really disgusting for those whom claim to live in the footsteps of Jesus Christ are normally the most hateful, judgmental, and mean spirited hypocrites on planet earth.

Bella- your (very hypocritical) post so screams guilt-ridden and insecurity I won't go on with the long (and slightly immature) reply I intended to respond with. Instead, I just hope you actually talk TO God instead of pretending to know Him while attacking these women who believe in having dignity in their dress (cuz the devil can quote scripture). You're obviously confused about promiscuity, premarital sex and immodesty (when God made it very clear they're wrong) and I hope your views on those change. Remember no one should settle- as God's kids, we all deserve the best. Dressing/being promiscuously is telling God you don't think you and your body He gave you are worth much. It's funny you mention jealousy (a lazy tactic truly jealous people tend to use) because you yourself sound jealous that SB has the integrity to try to be better than she is while you don't, or don't think you can. A great quote from Kris Vallotton (author of Purity):

"But the real issue is that losers just don't have the guts to compete, and every time someone else wins, they are reminded again that they lost. Therefore, losers work hard to drag other people down so that they don't have to feel bad about themselves."

also, never once did she even bring up sex- YOU did. not to mention she's incredibly respectful about all she posts. show me one part where she was even half as hateful as you are being. deep down you know people like Dita are classless. know she's right and it kills you. I'm sorry for you (in a non-condescending way). Plus anyone who thinks someone like Dita is REMOTELY classy needs to go look up the definition of that word! Keep lying to yourself if it helps you sleep at night, I guess.

a word of advice: when accusing someone of being hateful, mean spirited and judgmental, it's awkward when the accuser accuses them so in a hateful, mean spirited, and judgmental way, especially completely unprovoked.

PS Millions of Christian women with breasts your size (or larger) have no problem dressing modestly even with that size. Go figure. Don't take the lazy route- it's not impossible. what's more, it's empowering.

So, have a nice week!
